Mr. Quantral M. Fletcher Jr. has effectively concluded hundreds of sensitive and complex, civil, criminal, administrative, and internal investigations. He has experience in supervision, law enforcement, case management, inspections, investigations and internal compliance reviews. Quantral began his security/law enforcement career as a Security Forces member within the United States Air Force in 2006 and has acquired extensive experience with civil, criminal, administrative, and internal investigations in the federal, private and public sectors.

Throughout Quantral’s career, he served as

• a Security Patrolman,

• Criminal Investigator in the Intelligence and Investigations Division,

• and as a Joint Drug Enforcement Team Member.

Quantral was a liaison with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, United States Army Criminal Investigation Division, the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and a host of other local/state/federal law enforcement agencies during his tenure. He has served in the roles of :

• Whistleblower Reprisal Investigator,

• Assistant Inspector General,

• and Deputy Inspector General for several governmental agencies.

Additionally, Quantral has obtained several widely recognized certifications and is an advanced interviewer and interrogator.
